Additionally, we may collect basic user details such as name, contact information, and address for order processing and delivery. Your information is used to provide grocery delivery services efficiently, improve delivery accuracy and estimated arrival times, enhance customer support, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except with trusted service providers for operational support and legal authorities if required by law. We collect location data strictly for app functionality, and users can control location settings via device permissions; background location access is only used when necessary for seamless service delivery. We implement security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or misuse, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You have control over your data, including enabling or disabling location permissions and requesting access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
